Mertül Textile SAN.TİC.A.Ş. established the first factory in Corlu in 1998 over an area of 10,000 m2 in 7000 m2 closed area and has started production with 18 jacquard knitting machines and established the second integrated facility in 2003 on closed area of 15.000 m2 on an area of 26.000 m2, and its number of machinery increased to 100. It sends the products to the customers by weaving, dying and packing. With 400 employees it responses demands of the customers in the production of jacquard tulle curtains, cafe curtain, wrinkled tulle, tergal, tergalet, satin, organza, tulle fantasy, panel curtains, table and coffee table clothes and announced its name in the curtain sector with the latest technology knitting and weaving machines. With its successful management and strong capital structure it is in consistent with growth and has been successful by realizing the customer's needs and taking into account consumer trends.
Mertül Textiles has a total area of 56,000 m2 with a closed area of 22.000 m2 and produces 30,000,000 m2 home textile products annually with the production jacquard knitting, weaving, twisting, finishing and garment in 2 separate facility.
In the weaving department; there are a total of 62 looms, warp and transmission machinery consisting of 12 jacquard, 23 warper and 27 air-jet weaving machines. Within the jacquard knitting section, there are 38 Karl Mayer Jacquard branded jacquard knitting machines and warpers and also 12 twist machines and embroidery floss folding and twisting coils training in painting, fabric painting, washing, transfer printing, spray, crash with dying, printing and finishing products produced daily with crash processes are applied. In the training section, top-quality fabric production is carried out with features such as obtained brightness, dimensional invariance applied in the production process.
